Heyyyyo,

I’ve had back-to-back-to-back colds and I am finally seeing the light at the end of that snotty tunnel. Dave’s been buggin me to jam with him on his new V-drum kit, and of course I’ve had a foggy foggy brain. Last night I felt pretty good so I was like, “FINE I will grace you with my slick guitar chords…. wait, could you show me some slick guitar chords? I seem not to be able to find mine….”

So Dave taught me this song of ours. We recorded it with our friend Calvin up in Caspar, California, at his beautiful beautiful studio. Dave wrote the beautiful music, and played everything. It’s a very trippy song, not standard chords at all, and I certainly had my work cut out for me in trying to learn the guitar parts. Playing new things twists my brain like nothing else. MUSIC IS GOOD FOR YOUR BRAINNNNN
