Friday, June 25 at The Uptown in Oakland. Music starts at 9PM:

We haven’t played here since August, I believe, so we’re really excited to keep it in the East Bay. As always, advance tickets strongly recommended, as we only put on superhot excellent shows bound to sell out.

Friends BANG DATA have put together a super tremendous excellent noche espectacular and I hope you can make it. Last time I saw Bang Data they turned the dancefloor into a veritable swirling mass of sweaty boogieing limbs, so DO dress accordingly.

OONA will support / you know how we like to do / we like to see all your sweet pretty gorgeous faces in real life / bumping and wiggling and giggling and shimmy and grind /

La Gente will open the night. I’m excited to apply my false eyelashes, glitter and glam while I sway softly left right and left again.

I REALLY REALLY HOPE YOU CAN COME. If you haven’t been to The Uptown you are in for a treat – downtown Oakland, across from the beautiful & newly restored Fox Theater. If you want to grab a bite before the show, and you are interested in linen napkins and fine wines, this is the fanciest & most sophisticated place I know. Extremely BART friendly.
